Your domain and your content stay yours from day one. The site itself sits on our platform so we can host, update and refresh it — that's what keeps the monthly cost sensible. You can move on any time from month four.
Am I tied into a long contract?+
No. The first three months cover the design and build, then it rolls month to month. Thirty days' notice is all we ask when you want to stop.
Where does the site actually live?+
On UK data centres with SSL, daily backups and round-the-clock uptime monitoring included as standard.
Is 'unlimited updates' really unlimited?+
Send edits over whenever you have them and we'll usually turn them around inside a working day. Bigger pieces of work — a new section, a fresh landing page — we'll quote separately and honestly.
